It’s summertime, by the Mediterranean sea. Garance joins her sister to look after her children. But for a few months now, something alters her appearance. Close to the water and the waves, she meets again with a man that she once knew.

Eve-Chems De Brouwer is an actress, a stage director and a movie director. She studied at the École Supérieure du Théâtre National in Strasbourg.
She appeared in the series Reporters (Canal +) and Les Invincibles (Arte).

In 2010, she gave a theater workshop at the Rezodanse Dance School in Alexandria, Egypt, and she wrote and directed her first play, Le Gène de l'Amour Fou, on the hereditary transmission of love behavior, at the Théâtre 71.

In 2011, she participated in the International Encounters of Young Stage Designers at the FTA in Montreal, where she lived until 2015.
In the process, she directed J'entends les murs, a documentary video about her work with blind people and staged a show of the same name in 2013 at La Chapelle Theater.

Docteur. B., her latest creation in collaboration with Charles Behr, a neurologist specializing in epilepsy, is presented in 2015 at the TransAmériques Festival in Montreal.

She trained in documentary writing at the Agence culturelle of Alsace from July to September 2016 and followed a second training in Editing Awareness at the Maison du Film in France in 2017.

Montreal, her first short film, was selected at Lille International Short Film Festival and was in Brest European Short Film Festival’s national competition in the fall of 2019. Afloat is her second short film. She’s currently writing her first feature film.
