Graduated in Radio and TV at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Carla Villa-Lobos has six years of experience as assistant director in series, feature films and short films. She directed two short films, "Mercadoria" (Goods) and "MC Jess". In 2018 was selected for the 13th Buenos Aires Talents, organized by the Berlin International Film Festival - Berlinale Talents and BAFICI.
