Kai Tillman is a trans/genderqueer cinematographer and director living in Portland Oregon. Kai's films are often used to create awareness about specific issues and to promote respect for difference. Kai's film "Red Leaf" screened at the Locarno Film Festival, Canby Film Festival, Leed Queer Film Festival, Trans Pride Short Film Festival, Fringe Film Festival and Musée D'art Moderne de Montréal. They've also been honored to be a selected participant in workshops with Abbas Kiarostami and Werner Herzog.
